We went on a 9 day ABC-trek with Nepal Lion Treks. Throughout the trek we felt very comfortable and safe with the constant care from both the guide (Binod) and the porter (Bhikas). They took care of everything (food, booking the teahouses, getting blankets, checking on symptoms of high altitude sickness). The trek is rather easy and may be completed in less than 9 days, depending on your condition and how they see you're handling the trek. Both of them lead you through many different climates and landscapes! The magnificient views and the great experience are totally worth it! If you decide to go to Nepal and do a trek, this one is a must go, especially with these two guys.

The ABC trek is a great easy-medium level trek even for less experienced travellers. It boasts a great variety of beautiful scenery throughout the days to keep you interested, from green forest, rocky riverside, waterfalls, bamboo forest and, of course, snowy mountains! I was lucky enough to get an amazing guide, Binod Adhikari, and a very lively porter, Nikesh Chhetri! They were both extremely accomodating, friendly and fun, just adding to the trip, while also keeping an eye out for us. While going for a quick photo I dropped my phone (silly) a few meters off a steep snowy ledge. Nikesh actually tied himself to a rope and went down to get it back for me. Astounding commitment! Their companionship was one of the best parts of the whole thing for me. I recomend looking them up if you can.

Shiva was very friendly and attentive. The plan was for me to join a group on this trek rather than going solo but in the end nobody was interested in doing my days. Shiva was very apologetic. I went by myself with a guide. It turned out to be fine because you meet other people (solo and group travelers). I had a great time. The views and landscape are amazing. The first day was a little challenging but it is all worth it. I recommend this trek for anybody. First time trekkers like me or pros who want to do a quick trek. The pick up from the airport went smooth and I was able to leave my extra luggage in their office which was a great help. Thank you!

My friend and I just finished the 7 day langtang valley trek managed through Nepal Lion agency and had an amazing time. As you may have read from other reviews, the scenery this trek offers is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend this trek. Nepal Lion has been very efficient in organizing our trip. Office manager Shiva was always responsive to our questions. Our guide Binod and two porters Raj & Nita were extremely helpful and attending throughout our trek. They took care of my my friend when she had altitude sickness. Binod supported me the entire time when I struggled through all the uphill climbing...We have nothing but gratitude for them. Binod and the young porters are very friendly and fun, and we shared my laughters and memorable moments together.

I booked the trip the day before my departure and everything ran very smoothly during the trek. My guide Bishnu and the porter “Pikas” (pardon me if I get the name wrong) we’re both very responsible and heart-warming. They wouldn’t hesitate to offer help when it’s needed and let you trek in your own pace. I have lots of questions about the trek and Nepal during the journey and Bishnu got answers to most of them! The man behind them - Shiva was also a great organiser who was always making sure everything is fine. The airport pick-up service and farewell dinner were a bonus. They also provide sleeping bags and down jacket so that you don’t have to worry about the cold temperature up in the mountains. The experience was amazing overall and i’d recommend you to do trekking in Nepal with Nepal Lion!

Shiva organized a good trek. When we had to fly he had it booked well. When we had to bus, it was done well. The accommodations in Katmandu were not the greatest, but I wouldn't let that affect the great trek that unfolded. Flying up to Jomson was exciting. Great scenery. The trek itself was better than I anticipated. Each day brought new scenery, and incredible views that seemed unworldly. Spectacular mountain vistas that constantly changed during the trek. The day trek from Muktinath to Lubra was the most incredible day. Total isolation and scenery that just blew me away. The best part of the trek was not bumping into other trekkers while on route. Everything was terrific on this trek. Special acknowledgement of Prakash Devotka, the best trekking guide in Nepal. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience in Nepal. We did a 7 days trek on Langtan Valley, where we could climb a "small" peak to see the sunrise. The views during the trek are gorgeous, jungle on the firsts days and high mountain on the following ones. Our guide Bishnu was great. He knew all the details on the trail and helped us on the communication with the people of the valley, who barely speaks English. He is also a very skilled guide and he speaks a really good English, so communication with him wasn't a problem.

This was an excellent trek which we would recommend to anyone looking for a 7day trek to see the natural beauty of himalayas. We truly enjoyed journeying through the Langtang Valley and witnessing the amazing mountains surrounding. Our guide Binod and porter Raj were very helpful throughout our entire trek and we really enjoyed getting to know them. They ensured everything went smooth including when the lodge owner overbooked and we were allotted a tent instead. If we were to make this trip even better would have been good if our guide and porter spoke a bit better English but overall excellent service and experience. Looking forward to our next trip.

We went on a 7 day trek to Lang Tang Valley and the trek itself was AMAZING. On our first day, we had to take the "longer" route up to the first check point as there was a landslide that blocked the normal passage way-- it was a 9-10 hour trek and quite difficult. Overall, the views were great though. Our guide Prakash was EXCELLENT. He was very friendly and helped lead the way. His english was good and he was very knowledgable.
