Submit a Booking Request
Once you’ve chosen your trek, fill out our online booking form or contact us directly via email at info@nepalliontrekking.com. Provide the following details:
- Full name (as per passport)
- Nationality and passport copy/scan
- Preferred trekking package and date
- Number of participants
- Any special requirements or preferences
Confirm Your Reservation with a Deposit
To confirm your booking, you must make a 25% down payment of the total trip cost.
- The deposit should be made at least 30 days before your departure date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card (3.75% surcharge), or cash.
- For Bhutan, India, and Tibet tours, the balance payment is required 20 days before departure.
Receive Booking Confirmation
After we receive your deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation email with your trip details, invoice, and further instructions to help you prepare for your journey.
Pay the Remaining Balance
For Nepal treks and tours, the remaining balance can be settled upon your arrival in Kathmandu. For Bhutan, India, and Tibet tours, the balance must be cleared before departure as per our policy.

Before your trip begins, ensure that you:
- Arrange valid travel insurance (covering medical emergencies and evacuation).
- Pack necessary trekking gear (you can also rent equipment in Kathmandu).
- Keep a few buffer days in case of flight delays or weather issues.

– To pay the amount of cost western union money Transfer (WU) is cheaper than others.
– If you send the total amount of 30% in advance Your trekking will be secure and confirmed.
– When the advance of 30% of your booking is received, we will provide the invoice of payment.
Note: After the transfer please email us the (MTCN code, sender last name/first name/Address/telephone no.)to receive the money n money gram or western union office please also mention your reservation id number by your email, we will notify shortly about the payment and send you the receipt which is attached by email.
