The day Pokhara tour start early in the morning as you drive to Sarangkot for sunrise view over the Himalayas. Sarangkot popular as an amazing hill station, which lies 5km from the Lakeside of Pokhara. It is the major attractive destination for tourists, as it presents the stunning views of the major hills and mountains of the Annapurna region like Dhaulagiri (8,167 m), Machhapuchhre (6,993 m) and Annapurna massif (8,091 m).

After touring the Sarangkot, you will return to your hotel to have breakfast and you touring the Bindhyabasini temple on the way back to Hotel. The Bindhyabasini temple is belief of the Goddess Bhagwati. The temple is mostly famous as one of the main Shaktipiths of western Nepal. If some myths are believe, then people say that this temple is directly related to the Vindhyachal temple that is in Uttar Pradesh, India. The temple is clad in white and during Dashain, pilgrims flock the temple and offer animal tributes to their guardian deity. The temple is a popular for Bratabandha and marriage ceremony as well. There is a calm environment to meditate and relax due to a big tree in the temple premises.

After Breakfast 

After having breakfast at hotel, you will start to visit the Tal Barahi Temple. You will take a boating to reach at the Tal Bahari. Which is located in middle part of the Phewa Lake. The Tal Barahi Temple includes a two-story pagoda structure with a Gajur on top. The Gajur is gilde with gold whereas the other structure is mad of stones, and the temple has a thatched roof. Tal Barahi Temple is dedicated to the hindu Goddess Durga: Protector of Gods. The only one way to reach at this temple is boat. The temple is a amazing place to observe and relax the holy rituals being carried out.

Thirdly, you will drive ahead to Peace Pagoda stupa. The Peace Pagoda stupa in Pokhara is an example of bliss and serenity. The Pagoda symbolizing its taintless nature and purity. It overlooks the Annapurna Mountains Range exactly reflects on the tranquil Fewa Lake. Peace Pagoda is a great place for a researcher for peace and silence. Similiarly, you will drive to Devid Falls. The David Falls is a small waterfall and there are nothing much enchanting or even appealing about the waterfall, except a few splashes there and here. To fully witness its lovely scene, one must visit it at the peak season of monsoon. During that time, the water tears through the rocky slopes and disappears down and hiding underground tunnel. The roaring noise of the rapids drowns the sound of humans and the splashing of the water demands either a raincoat or an umbrella. 

After Lunch

Next, you will moving to the Gupteshwar Mahadev Cave. The Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave (Bhalu Dulo in the local tongue) is popular as one of the longest cave in Nepal. It exceed longer than 2000 mtr. The cave locate across David falls, and inside the cave, one can hear the thundering sound of water. As per the local beliefs, the cave was  found in the 16th century. During those times, there wasn’t any sort of modern-day decorations that you see today. The main entrance of the cave was only constructe in 1991 AD.

Finally, you have one place left to visit continuesly in International mountain museum. Nepal Mountaineering Association help to built the International mountain museum in Nepal. However, many international and national foundations, organizations, groups, and individuals have provide their support to make the museum what it is today. The museum was cordially inaugurate by on May 2002, by Ms. Junko Tabei from Japan and Appa Sherpa who are famous Everest summiteers. This museum was open to the public on 5 February 2014.

In conclusion, Nepal is the country that have houses of the highest peaks in the world, Mt. Everest (8848 m). Not only Everest, but there are numerous other mountains above 8000 mtr. The International Mountain Museum in Pokhara, tells the fable of the fellow climbers who had dared to conquer these peaks. The museum houses numerous artifacts and collage of pictures that depict life in the snowy regions of Nepal Himalayas.
