- Day 1: Drive Kathmandu – Soti Khola (700m)
- Day 2: Trek from Soti Khola to Machha Khola (900m)
- Day 3: Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat (1,340m)
- Day 4: Trek from Jagat to Deng (1,860m)
- Day 5: Trek from Deng to Namrung (2,630m)
- Day 6: Trek from Namrung to Samagaon (3,530m)
- Day 7: Explore Samagaon & Pungyen Gompa (3,530m)
- Day 8: Trek from Samagaon to Samdo (3,620m)
- Day 9: Trek from Samdo to Dharamsala (3,450m)
- Day 10: Trek from Dharamsala to Namrung (2,630m)
- Day 11: Trek from Namrung to Arughat (700m) & Drive to Kathmandu
