The trail to Pokalde Peak Trek

The following day, after breakfast, we’ll begin our walk to the renowned Namche Bazaar. We will start walking on a level surface and gradually enter the uphill valley, followed by a downhill. Then, we’ll trek along the trail through beautiful pine forests and the Dudh Koshi river to Monjo Village.
Here at Monjo, after we cross the suspension Hillary bridge, which is the highest bridge trekkers pass through, we will trek uphill to Namche Bazaar.

Now, our trail to Pokalde Peak begins on the eleventh day. This walk isn’t going to be easy; there are rocky trails and challenging climbs. We will cross the famous Kongma-La Pass (5,545 m) following the path to Pokalde Peak Base Camp.
When you reach the top of the pass, you will capture the most beautiful view of the mountains in the Everest region. Then, we will descend to the Pokalde Base Camp and set our camp there.

Today, the trek will be a short distance to the High Camp. However, the trail is rougher and steeper than before, making you slow. Although the breathtaking views will take your mind off the exhaustion, you must keep walking as the trail is loose.
