Langtang is a narrow valley located north of Kathmandu and south of the Tibetan border. It is inhabited by Tibetans and Tamangs, who share a similar religion, language, and clothing.

A Langtang Gosainkunda and Helambu Round trek offer a great variety of nature, exciting ethnic groups, and cultures. Langtang trek is comparatively less crowded than other classic treks like the Annapurna and Everest regions. This trek combines Langtang’s remote and spectacular valley with the high mountain lakes at Gosaikunda. On this trek, you can climb small peaks and visit holy lakes situated at low elevations. As you see Gosainkunda’s lakes, there will be other pristine lakes like Saraswatikunda and Ganesh Kunda. These lakes carry an extraordinary belief among Hindu people, so thousands of Nepalese visit these lakes as a pilgrimage site. You may get a chance at rare animals on this trek, Red panda, Musk deer, Himalayan black bear, and Pika.

Langtang Gosainkunda and Helambu

Langtang is one of the best trekking routes in Nepal because of the beautiful forests and fascinating villages of Sherpas, Tamang, with a richness of wildlife, waterfalls, and the chance to bathe in hot springs. This region offers excellent views of Mountains that include Langtang, the Annapurnas, Manaslu, Ganesh, Gaurishanker, Rolwaling range, and even Everest on a clear day. This trek is a pleasant and exciting journey, a time to relax and become occupied in the beauty of the Himalayas.

This blended Langtang Gosainkunda and Helambu Round trek is a wise spend of money. The Rocky and snowcapped mountains and the walk from the alpine and rhododendron forest will amaze you. Additionally, you may witness the nature and wildlife you have seen. The serenity and pristine environment will ease your worries,  and visiting the holy lakes will make you realize the greatness of God.
