- Day 1: Kathmandu to Dharapani [1920m, 10 hrs]
- Day 2: Trek to Koto [2600m, 6hrs]
- Day 3: Trek to Meta [3230m, 7 hrs]
- Day 4: Trek to Phu Gaon [4050m, 7 hrs]
- Day 5: Acclimatization day
- Day 6: Trek to Nar Phedi (3550m)
- Day 7: Trek to Nar (4150m)
- Day 8: Kang La Pass [5320m] to Ngawal [3660m, 8 hrs]
- Day 9: Trek to Pisang and Drive to Besisahar [760m]
- Day 10: Drive to Kathmandu [1,310m]
